SOUTH EASTON, MA – 24 Restore, New England’s premier disaster restoration company, is proud to announce the addition of Eric Eyles as the Director of Safety and Training. Eric comes to 24 Restore with 24 years of senior restoration experience and a tremendous reputation on both the regional and national level.
Before joining 24 Restore, Eric served as V.P of Operations for RESCON, a national restoration company based out of Newton, Massachusetts. There he oversaw the day-to-day operations for 9 locations ranging from Maryland to New Hampshire. Prior to his role at RESCON, Eric served as the Regional and Specialty Operations Manager for ARS Services. In that role, Eric was responsible for conducting internal and external industry related trainings, ensuring companywide OSHA compliance, and project managing large losses, such as the oversight of a $1.2-million-dollar mold remediation and repairs project for a prestigious CT private school. Eric has also held positions with Servpro Corporate as a Corporate Trainer, has 8 years of Journeyman Carpenter experience with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) and was a Superintendent for both Whiting-Turner (a national construction company) and Skanska (an international construction company).
As the Director of Safety and Training, Eric will play a vital role within the organization as 24 continues to rapidly grow throughout New England. Eric will be responsible for overseeing all in-house safety and training programs to ensure companywide operational consistency and effectiveness. He will also apply his in-depth industry knowledge and experience to 24 University, a series of comprehensive educational training workshops offered as a value-added service to 24’s property management and insurance industry partners. Along with his training efforts, Eric will serve as an OSHA certified instructor for both OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour courses and will also assist in large loss management for complex projects throughout New England.
Eric earned his degree from Central Connecticut University and has served as a volunteer soccer coach and referee for the Middletown Youth Soccer Club for 26 years. Eric currently lives in Middletown, CT with his wife Tara, and their two children, Gabriel and Meadow.
