Sales and Business Development Manager

24 Restore is looking for a highly-motivated sales professional to help expand our brand footprint in the greater Manchester, NH market. The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting and building relationships with clients in the following industries:

• Insurance – Adjusters, Agents/Brokers, Carriers
• Property Managers – Commercial and Residential
• Hospitality – Hotels
• Facilities Managers
• Universities/Colleges
• Private Schools/Institutions
• Property Owners – Multi Unit
• Assisted Living Facilities

Responsibilities:
• Attend and participate in appropriate Industry association events
• Assist in overall Company Marketing events, functions (Sporting Events, Concerts, Trainings, Seminars, and Trade Shows)
• Assist in growing 24 brand throughout New England
• Maintain calendar and scheduled visits week to week (Approx. 4 “road” days and 1 office Day)
• Document each week’s visits with each client with pertinent info about the account as well as action items/follow ups. Report due each week to President/Marketing Director and shared with Marketing Department
• Develop client contact list and enter information in Company CRM system. Utilize and manage system for communication, documentation, and scheduling

Skills / Qualifications:
• Superior networking skills are essential to success in this position
• Demonstrated ability to get to the key decision makers in an organization and schedule “big” meetings
• Demonstrated experience in developing lasting, productive business relationships
• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience; restoration service sales a plus
• Excellent communication skills: articulate, persuasive and enthusiastic
• Strong presentation skills
